-Added checks for when GPX file cannot be successfully opened
-Now deletes old files in the target directory when creating new ones. Will only delete files
which are part of that mapset or called GPX2IMG.*.
-When removing multiple tracks/POIs/GPX files, you no longer get asked multiple times for
each item if you want to remove it
-Added additional checks when changing track names/types to ensure you only change one track's 
attributes. There were rare instances when more than 1 track would be changed.
